Accounts operated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) are subject to the payment processing terms outlined in Section 7. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to the account's base currency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.
Androslot is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with its international licensing obligations and as a measure to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. KYC verification is mandatory for all Players prior to processing any withdrawal request.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

The primary operating currency of the Platform is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). All account balances, bonus amounts, and wagering requirements are denominated in MYR unless the Player has specifically selected an alternative supported currency during registration.
Androslot does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees for most payment methods. USDT TRC20 transactions are subject to standard network fees determined by the TRON blockchain, which are outside Androslot's control. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure (after deduction of any applicable conditions) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to completed KYC verification and provided no outstanding wagering requirements, disputes, or fraud investigations are pending.
